Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC), 14-3 in a league battle.

The Cougars now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to James F. Byrnes for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 28. Asheville will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 7-4 league loss to Spartanburg (Spartanburg, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 4-6.

In their next game, the Pioneers clash with the Hickory Red Tornadoes (Hickory, NC) in a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills battle, on Tuesday, April 9. Watauga will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record.
