The Nocona Indians the host Alvord Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 6-4 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Indians (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Tioga (Tioga, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region II District 10 battle with a 14-3 record. In their last battle, Tioga nudged Alvord (Alvord, TX), 6-3, in a league battle.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Muenster for a 2A Region II District 10 battle on Friday, March 29. Alvord will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 13-6 league win over Lindsay (Lindsay, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 5-4.
