Southeastern Local Trojans (South Charleston, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Catholic Central Irish (Springfield, OH), 16-1 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Northwestern for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 28. Southeastern Local will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 14-7 non-league loss to Miami East (Casstown, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Catholic Central falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Irish travel to Dayton Christian (Miamisburg, OH) to battle the WARRIORS in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 30. The WARRIORS enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
