Clemens Buffaloes (Schertz, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Steele Knights (Cibolo, TX), 13-3 in a league challenge.

The Buffaloes now own a 21-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Marcos for a 6A Region IV District 27 challenge on Thursday, March 28. Clemens will battle a Rattlers squad coming off a 4-1 league win over East Central (San Antonio, TX). The Rattlers record now stands at 9-14.

With the loss, Steele falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Knights host New Braunfels (New Braunfels, TX) to battle the Unicorns in a 6A Region IV District 27 challenge on Thursday, March 28. The Unicorns enter the challenge with a record of 19-6. New Braunfels lost 4-2 in their recent league challenge against Judson (Converse, TX)
