The Cross County Thunderbirds routed the host Marmaduke Greyhounds softball squad by a final score of 19-1 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Thunderbirds (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against McCrory (McCrory, AR). The Jaguars go into the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, McCrory topped Bald Knob (Bald Knob, AR), 10-4, in a non-league battle.

The Greyhounds now possess a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Maynard for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 28. Marmaduke will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to Hillcrest (Strawberry, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 0-6.
