With the triumph, Merced moves its record to 6-7 on the year. The Bears host East Union (Manteca, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league game on Monday, April 1. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 9-3.

In their next game, the Wolves clash with the Hilmar Yellowjackets (Hilmar, CA) in a Trans Valley League game, on Thursday, March 28. Livingston will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record.
