In Tuesday's league outing, the host Valley View Tigers softball team scored a close 15-14 win over the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial Wolverines.

Coming up next, the Tigers encounter the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest Javelinas (Pharr, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 outing, on Thursday, March 28. Valley View will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Javelinas enter the outing with a 2-9 record after their 16-1 league loss to Vela (Edinburg, TX).
