The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI) and the host Catholic Central Shamrocks (Novi, MI), saw St. Mary's Prep's baseball team get by Catholic Central by a tally of 1-0.
The Eaglets (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Warriors enter the Catholic Central battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Brother Rice was tipped by De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI), 5-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Shamrocks face the St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI) in a Catholic Central battle, on Saturday, April 5. Catholic Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
