The Notre Dame Pioneers baseball team scored 1 runs and held the visiting DeQuincy Tigers to 0 in the Pioneers non-league win on Wednesday.
The Pioneers now own a 14-10 record. They take the field next when they host Midland for a 2A District 6 test on Thursday, March 27. Notre Dame will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 16-10 league win over Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 5-8.
With the defeat, DeQuincy drops to 18-9 on the year. The Tigers host East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 2-11. East Beauregard lost 17-0 in their recent non-league test against Rosepine (Rosepine, LA)
