In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Fauquier Falcons baseball team scored a close 11-4 win over the Meridian Mustangs.

The Falcons (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Warren County (Front Royal, VA). The Wildcats go into the Northwestern game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Warren County was overwhelmed by Skyline (Front Royal, VA), 11-2, in a league game.

Next, the Mustangs play the Millbrook Pioneers (Winchester, VA) in a Northwestern game, on Tuesday, April 1. Meridian will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record.
