In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Thomasville Bulldogs baseball team scored a nice 16-2 victory over the High Point Central Bison.
The Bulldogs (5-7) will now prepare for their game against West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Dragons enter the Central Carolina 1A/2A game with a 5-7 record. In their last game, West Davidson was overwhelmed by Wheatmore (Trinity, NC), 10-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bison face the Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) in a Mid-State 3A game, on Friday, March 28. High Point Central will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Storm enter the game with a 7-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC).
