Arizona High School Baseball - Higley edges Queen Creek

In Wednesday's league game, the host Higley Knights baseball team scored a close 5-2 victory over the Queen Creek Bulldogs.

The Knights (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pinnacle (Phoenix, AZ). The Pioneers enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Pinnacle by Liberty (Peoria, AZ), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) in a battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Queen Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Hawks enter the battle with a 8-1 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Liberty (Peoria, AZ).
