The Mercy Marlins lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the host Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes to 9 in the Marlins non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Marlins now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Gabriel Richard for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. Mercy will clash with a Fighting Irish squad coming off a 15-4 league win over Central Catholic (Toledo, OH). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Cranbrook Kingswood falls to 0-1 on the year. The Cranes travel to Marian (Bloomfield Hills, MI) to clash with the Mustangs in a Division 2 Region 7 challenge on Wednesday, April 2. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
