Florida High School Baseball - Lakewood Ranch loses to Sarasota

Sarasota Sailors (Sarasota, FL) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lakewood Ranch Mustangs (Bradenton, FL), 14-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Sarasota advances its record to 16-2 on the season. The Sailors travel to Palmetto (Palmetto, FL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 29. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 4-6. Palmetto won 4-0 in their recent non-league match against Inspiration Academy (Bradenton, FL)

The Mustangs now have a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parrish Community for a non-league match on Thursday, March 27. Lakewood Ranch will battle a Bulls squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton, FL). The Bulls record now stands at 6-8.
