Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) and the visiting Westlake Thunder (Saratoga Springs, UT), saw American Fork's soccer squad hold off Westlake by a count of 1-0.

The Cavemen (6-0) will now prepare for their battle against Lehi (Lehi, UT). The Pioneers enter the 6A Region 3 battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Lehi was edged by Skyridge (Lehi, UT), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Thunder battle the Lone Peak Knights (Highland, UT) in a 6A Region 3 battle, on Wednesday, April 9. Westlake will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Knights enter the battle with a 8-1 record after their 2-2 league Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT).
