Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT) and the visiting Riverton Silverwolves (Riverton, UT), saw Herriman's soccer squad knock off Riverton by a count of 4-2.

The Mustangs (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT). The Sentinels enter the 6A Region 2 battle with a 1-8 record. In their last battle, Mountain Ridge by Salt Lake Academy (Herriman, UT), 4-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Silverwolves battle the Bingham Miners (South Jordan, UT) in a 6A Region 2 match, on Friday, March 28. Riverton will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Miners come into the match with a 3-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Corner Canyon (Draper, UT).
