California High School Softball - Bella Vista edged by Woodcreek

The Bella Vista Broncos softball squad (Fair Oaks, CA), was edged 1-0 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Woodcreek Timberwolves (Roseville, CA)

With the triumph, Woodcreek improves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Timberwolves travel to McQueen (Reno, NV) to face the Lancers in a non-league contest on Friday, March 28. The Lancers enter the contest with a record of 3-4. McQueen won 8-2 in their recent non-league contest against Franklin (Elk Grove, CA)

The Broncos now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Ponderosa for a Capital Valley Conference contest on Friday, March 28. Bella Vista will face a Bruins squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 5-7.
