In Wednesday's non-league test, the Berea Bulldogs (Greenville, SC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Carolina Academy Trojans (Greenville, SC), by a tally of 26-2.
Next, the Bulldogs meet the Seneca Bobcats (Seneca, SC) in a AAAA Region 2 test, on Friday, March 28. Berea will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the test with a 10-5 record after their 13-7 league win over Blue Ridge (Greer, SC).
The Trojans (0-8) will now prepare for their test against Southside (Greenville, SC). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Southside was routed by Thornwell (Clinton, SC), 20-5, in a non-league test.
