Bladensburg Mustangs (Bladensburg, MD) supporters left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Parkdale Panthers (Riverdale, MD), 15-4 in a league game.

With the triumph, Bladensburg improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Bowie (Bowie, MD) to play the Bulldogs in a Prince George's County 4A game on Thursday, April 3. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 0-0.

The Panthers now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Eleanor Roosevelt for a Prince George's County 4A game on Friday, March 28.
