With the triumph, Buford upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Yellow Jackets host Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC) to play the Volunteers in a SCISA AA Region III game on Thursday, March 27. The Volunteers enter the game with a record of 5-2. Andrew Jackson won 14-4 in their recent non-league game against Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC)

The Wolf Pack now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host West Stanly for a Rocky River 2A/3A game on Thursday, March 27. Parkwood will play a Colts squad coming off a 9-1 league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Colts record now stands at 11-1.
