Texas High School Softball - DeSoto bounces Lancaster

March 26, 2025: DeSoto, TX 75115

In Wednesday's league match, the host DeSoto Eagles softball team scored a nice 16-6 victory over the Lancaster Tigers.

The Eagles (2-8) will now prepare for their match against Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Skeeters go into the 6A Region II District 11 match with a 12-11 record. In their last match, Mesquite was routed by Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX), 12-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Horn Jaguars (Mesquite, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 match, on Friday, March 28. Lancaster will attempt to better on its 17-6 season record. The Jaguars go into the match with a 14-9 record after their 15-0 league win over Skyline (Dallas, TX).
