The Ponderosa Bruins softball squad (Shingle Springs, CA), 3-1 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Vista del Lago Eagles (Folsom, CA)

With the triumph, Vista del Lago improves its record to 4-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Inderkum (Sacramento, CA) to face the Tigers in a Capital Valley Conference contest on Friday, March 28. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 7-7. Inderkum won 11-1 in their recent league contest against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA)
