Florida High School Softball - Newberry can't get by Williston

The Williston Red Devils edged the visiting Newberry Panthers softball squad by a count of 10-9 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Devils play the Middleburg Broncos (Middleburg, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 30. Williston will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 10-3 non-league win over West Nassau (Callahan, FL).

With the loss, Newberry moves to 6-5 on the season. The Panthers host Bradford (Starke, FL) to confront the Tornadoes in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 2. The Tornadoes come into the battle with a record of 2-6.
