The Pleasant Grove Spartans baseball team scored 1 runs and limited the host Wenonah Dragons to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Monday.
The Spartans (8-12) will now prepare for their match against Southeastern (Remlap, AL). The Mustangs go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Southeastern was edged by Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL), 5-4, in a non-league match.
The Dragons (0-7) will now prepare for their match against Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL). The Spartans go into the 5A Area 9 match with a 8-12 record.
