In Monday's non-league game, the visiting St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans baseball team scored a tight 6-2 victory over the Salt Fork Storm.
The Spartans (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Centennial (Champaign, IL). The Chargers go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Centennial was overwhelmed by Oakwood (Fithian, IL), 5-2, in a non-league game.
The Storm (3-1) will now prepare for their game against St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL). The Sabers go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, St. Thomas More tipped Hoopeston (Hoopeston, IL), 8-3, in a non-league game.
