California High School Baseball - Independence loses to Stockdale

The Stockdale Mustangs crushed the visiting Independence Falcons baseball team by a count of 8-2 in Monday's league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North for a non-league bout on Friday, March 31. Stockdale will face a Stars team coming off a 19-3 league win over Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA). The Stars record now stands at 3-7.
Next, the Falcons face the Bakersfield Christian Eagles (Bakersfield, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, March 29. Independence will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 4-4 league Highland (Bakersfield, CA).
