North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Cape Fear drops to Union Pines

Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC), 25-0 in a league test.
The Vikings now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Willow Spring for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 29. Union Pines will face a Storm squad coming off a 22-5 non-league loss to Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Storm record now stands at 2-7.
In their next game, the Colts face the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) in a United 8/All American/Sandhills test, on Thursday, March 30. Cape Fear will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 8-0 record after their 23-4 league win over Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC).
