The San Ysidro Cougars lacrosse team scored 10 points and held the visiting Montgomery Aztecs to 2 in the Cougars league win on Monday.
The Cougars (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA). The Trojans go into the Metro South Bay match with a 3-2 record. In their last match, Castle Park was overwhelmed by Olympian (Chula Vista, CA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
The Aztecs (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Southwest SD (San Diego, CA). The Raiders go into the Metro South Bay match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Southwest SD was overwhelmed by Hoover (San Diego, CA), 1-0, in a non-league match.
