In Monday's non-league battle, the host Leroy Greene Academy Lions soccer squad scored a close 7-1 triumph over the Futures Knights.
The Lions (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (Rocklin, CA). The Wolves enter the non-league bout with a 2-3 record. In their last bout, Western Sierra Collegiate Academy tipped John Adams Academy (El Dorado Hills, CA), 7-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Victory Christian Vikings (Carmichael, CA) in a CVCL bout, on Thursday, March 30. Futures will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 0-5 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to John Adams Academy (Roseville, CA).
