Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC), 22-0 in a league test.

The Patriots now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Cape Fear for a United 8/All American/Sandhills test on Thursday, March 30. Pinecrest will face a Colts squad coming off a 10-7 league win over Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Colts record now stands at 7-3.

In their next game, the Buccaneers face the Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) in a United 8/All American/Sandhills test, on Thursday, March 30. Jack Britt will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 14-5 league loss to Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC).
