North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Porter Ridge drops to Marvin Ridge

Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) boosters exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC), 27-3 in a league battle.

The Mavericks now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weddington for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle on Friday, March 31. Marvin Ridge will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 18-8 league win over Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 6-3.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River battle, on Friday, March 31. Porter Ridge will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Wolf Pack come into the battle with a 1-7 record after their 11-8 league loss to Sun Valley (Monroe, NC).
