In Monday's league battle, the host Lancaster Bruins soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Northwestern Trojans.
The Bruins (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC). The Stallions come into the AAAA Region 3 battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, South Pointe was nudged by Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC), 9-1, in a league battle.
The Trojans (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Warriors come into the AAAA Region 3 battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Indian Land nudged York (York, SC), 3-2, in a league battle.
