With the triumph, San Manuel moves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Miners travel to Ray (Kearny, AZ) to clash with the Bearcats in a 1A South game on Tuesday, March 28. The Bearcats come into the game with a record of 10-3. Ray won 18-5 in their recent league game against Duncan (Duncan, AZ)

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Valley Union Blue Devils (Elfrida, AZ) in a 1A South game, on Wednesday, March 29. Baboquivari will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Blue Devils come into the game with a 4-2 record after their 17-3 non-league win over Hayden (Winkelman, AZ).
