The Langley Saxons softball team (McLean, VA), was routed 22-5 in Monday's league test with the visiting McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA)

Coming up next, the Highlanders clash with the Herndon Hornets (Herndon, VA) in a Liberty test, on Tuesday, March 28. McLean will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Hornets come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 17-10 league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).

The Saxons (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Yorktown (Arlington, VA). The Patriots come into the Liberty test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Yorktown was routed by Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA), 2-1, in a league test.
