Ohio High School Softball - Philo gets by River View

Spectators at Monday's league match between the Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH) and the host River View Black Bears (Warsaw, OH), witnessed Philo's softball squad tip River View by a count of 9-8.

The Electrics now sport a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to West Holmes for a non-league match on Saturday, April 1.

With the loss, River View moves to 0-1 on the season. The Black bears travel to Maysville (Zanesville, OH) to meet the Panthers in a Muskingum Valley match on Wednesday, March 29. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 0-1. Maysville lost 12-0 in their recent league match against Sheridan (Thornville, OH)
