California High School Softball - Verdugo Hills bounces Poly

The Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) softball routed the visiting Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA), 12-2 in Monday's league bout.

The Dons (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Monroe (North Hills, CA). The Vikings go into the East Valley bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Monroe was routed by Chavez (San Fernando, CA), 30-0, in a league bout.

The Parrots now possess a 0-4 record. They play next when they host North Hollywood for a East Valley bout on Wednesday, March 29. Poly will confront a Huskies squad coming off a 17-0 league loss to Arleta (Arleta, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-4.
