California High School Softball - Walnut bounces Wilson

Walnut Mustangs (Walnut, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Wilson Wildcats (Hacienda Heights, CA), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they host Los Altos for a Hacienda challenge on Friday, March 31. Walnut will face a Conquerors squad coming off a 7-5 league win over Diamond Bar (Diamond Bar, CA). The Conquerors record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, Wilson falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Diamond Bar (Diamond Bar, CA) to face the Brahmas in a Hacienda challenge on Wednesday, March 29. The Brahmas enter the challenge with a record of 4-5. Diamond Bar lost 7-5 in their recent league challenge against Los Altos (Hacienda Heights, CA)
