The Bigelow Panthers baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Cutter-Morning Star Eagles to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Wednesday.

The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Episcopal (Little Rock, AR). The Wildcats go into the 2A Region 5 match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Episcopal was overwhelmed by Magnet Cove (Malvern, AR), 4-2, in a league match.

The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Poyen (Poyen, AR). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 2-8 record. In their last match, Poyen was overwhelmed by Mountain Pine (Mountain Pine, AR), 2-0, in a league match.
