Spectators at Wednesday's league battle between the Jackson Jaguars (Atlanta, GA) and the host Chapel Hill Panthers (Douglasville, GA), saw Jackson's baseball squad knock off Chapel Hill by a count of 8-0.
Coming up next, the Jaguars play the Dutchtown Bulldogs (Hampton, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 28. Jackson will attempt to move on its 16-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 7-6 record after their 14-5 league loss to Jones County (Gray, GA).
The Panthers now possess a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Creekside for a 5A Area 5 battle on Friday, March 29. Chapel Hill will play a Seminoles squad coming off a 12-1 league loss to Tri-Cities (East Point, GA). The Seminoles record now stands at 6-9.
