In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Park Hill South Panthers baseball team scored a tight 6-2 victory over the Lee's Summit North Broncos.
The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, Raymore-Peculiar edged Park Hill (Kansas City, MO), 7-0, in a non-league match.
The Broncos (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Hillcrest (Springfield, MO). The Hornets go into the non-league match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Hillcrest was overwhelmed by Aurora (Aurora, MO), 5-2, in a non-league match.
