The St. Joseph Academy Bloodhounds baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting St. Augustine Knights to 1 in the Bloodhounds league victory on Wednesday.
The Bloodhounds (9-6) will now prepare for their match against St. Joseph (Victoria, TX). The Flyers go into the TAPPS Division II District 5 match with a 15-8 record. In their last match, St. Joseph ran past Saint Mary's Hall (San Antonio, TX), 13-10, in a league match.
The Knights (2-4) will now prepare for their match against San Antonio Christian (San Antonio, TX). The Lions go into the TAPPS Division II District 4 match with a 14-2 record. In their last match, San Antonio Christian ran past St. Joseph (Victoria, TX), 1-0, in a league match.
