The Amarillo Sandies (Amarillo, TX) softball routed the host Tascosa Rebels (Amarillo, TX), 30-4 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Sandies (20-6) will now prepare for their bout against Plainview (Plainview, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 5A Region I District 3 bout with a 5-15 record. In their last bout, Plainview notched a victory over Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX), 26-0, in a league bout.

The Rebels now possess a 4-14 record. They play next when they host Plainview for a 5A Region I District 3 bout on Friday, April 5. Tascosa will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to Amarillo (Amarillo, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-16.
