The Blair Blazers baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Walter Johnson Wildcats to 3 in the Blazers non-league win on Thursday.

The Blazers now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league test on Friday, March 28. Blair will play a Cavaliers team coming off a 11-3 non-league win over Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Walter Johnson drops to 2-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Whitman (Bethesda, MD) to play the Vikings in a Montgomery County 4A - West test on Saturday, March 29.
