In Thursday's non-league bout, the Douglass Bulldogs (Douglass, KS) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bluestem Lions (Leon, KS), by a score of 15-0.
Next up, the Bulldogs encounter the Trinity Academy Knights (Wichita, KS) in a Central Plains bout, on Monday, March 31. Douglass will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 12-2 league win over Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, KS).
