The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Blythewood Bengals (Blythewood, SC) and the visiting Lugoff-Elgin Demons (Lugoff, SC), saw Blythewood's baseball team get by Lugoff-Elgin by a tally of 6-5.

The Bengals (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against White Knoll (Lexington, SC). The Timberwolves enter the non-league battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, White Knoll was tipped by Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC), 2-0, in a league battle.
