The Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM) baseball trounced the visiting Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM), 14-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Lobos now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Mesilla Valley Christian School for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. Chaparral will clash with a SonBlazers team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The SonBlazers record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, Eunice drops to 3-3 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Melrose (Melrose, NM) to clash with the Buffaloes in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. The Buffaloes go into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Melrose won 15-1 in their recent league challenge against Dora (Dora, NM)
