The DeQuincy Tigers baseball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting East Beauregard Trojans to 0 in the Tigers non-league win on Thursday.
The Tigers now own a 19-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rosepine for a 2A District 4 test on Monday, March 31.
With the defeat, East Beauregard drops to 2-12 on the year. The Trojans host Pickering (Leesville, LA) to play the Red Devils in a 2A District 4 test on Tuesday, April 1. The Red Devils go into the test with a record of 1-15. Pickering won 10-4 in their recent non-league test against Negreet (Negreet, LA)
