North Carolina High School Baseball - Queen's Grant loses to Forest Hills

The Forest Hills Yellow Jackets triumphed over the host Queen's Grant Stallions baseball squad by a score of 12-1 in Thursday's non-league outing.

Next up, the Yellow Jackets battle the West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A outing, on Friday, March 28. Forest Hills will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Colts come into the outing with a 8-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Uwharrie Charter Academy (Asheboro, NC).

The Stallions (2-9) will now prepare for their outing against Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC). The Patriots come into the Metro Eight 1A outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, Piedmont Community Charter toppled Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC), 11-1, in a league outing.
