The Petersburg Crimson Wave baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting John Marshall Justices to 12 in the Crimson Wave non-league win on Thursday.

The Crimson Wave now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meadowbrook for a Central test on Tuesday, April 8. Petersburg will play a Monarchs team coming off a 14-0 league loss to Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA). The Monarchs record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, John Marshall drops to 1-2 on the year. The Justices travel to Huguenot (Richmond, VA) to play the Falcons in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 9. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 1-0. Huguenot won 18-0 in their recent league test against Richmond High School for the Arts (Richmond, VA)
