In Thursday's league bout, the Perryville Panthers (Perryville, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Joppatowne Mariners (Joppa, MD), by a tally of 18-2.
Next up, the Panthers encounter the Bohemia Manor Eagles (Chesapeake City, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay bout, on Friday, March 28. Perryville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 4-3 league win over Fallston (Fallston, MD).
The Mariners (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Fallston (Fallston, MD). The Cougars enter the Upper Chesapeake Bay bout with a 3-4 record. In their last bout, Fallston was overwhelmed by John Carroll (Bel Air, MD), 12-4, in a non-league bout.
